Leaders and Action Learning

The trouble is that experience is not always correlated with good learning. Many managers can be relatively successful in their careers until things change or they are promoted. The sink or swim approach to learning can be brutal and unfortunately many managers fail. We know that the best learning is whilst on the job and yet learning on the job is haphazard and far from guaranteed. What if there was a better way well there is and it is called action learning.
