Who Cares About Workforce Investment?
The new bill to escape Washington (H.R. 4297, the Workforce Investment Improvement Act of 2012) costs the American taxpayer quite a bit in both legislation and implementation. It does not serve everyone, and quite possibly never serve many. The less expensive road starts with the employer.
