How to Prepare to Sell a Small Business
If you won a business and plan on someday selling it you cannot wake up one day and decide to sell it. You need to start be defining what your end game will be. There are many considerations including is the company worth more as an ongoing entity or is it better to close the business and liquidate the assets.
