On-boarding and orientation? I'm able to start a new job and find my way around a huge new company. No problem. Will the company assign me someone from my group? How will I know what to do and where to go? Hey, where is the lunch room? Or does everyone go out to lunch? Are there standards? Procedures? Is there a standard for Social Media?
